Michael Hudock, 92, of Monroe, CT passed away on Friday, July 17, 2026 in Massachusetts. He was preceded in death by his wife Jean M. Hudock, son Michael L. Hudock, and grandson Shawn Hudock, parents Michael and Catherine Hudock, brother John Hudock and sisters Mildred Warunek and Helen Hudock.

An avid sportsman, he was a lifelong member of the Monroe and Newtown Rod and Gun Clubs. He was employed by Silverstone Electric until his retirement, and a proud member of IBEW Local 488.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Mark Hudock of San Diego; Monica (Bruce) Prangley of West Yarmouth, MA, and Darryl Hudock of Centennial, CO; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren, including the recent addition of Theo Michael Lee, his beloved sister Regina Hudock of Dupont, PA, in-laws Peggy Tetlak, Rosemary Hudock, and Frank Warunek, and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held on Thursday July 30, at 10:15 a.m. from Baloga Funeral Home, Inc. 1201 Main Street, Pittston, Office of Christian Burial with Divine Liturgy at 11:00 a.m. in St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church 205 N. Main Street, Pittston, PA. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.

Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Thursday morning from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home.
